CUT-OFF TIME
For orders made on Monday to Friday (except public holiday) before 11am with available inventory will be shipped on the same day.
Orders made on Saturday and Sunday, public holidays or after 11am on weekdays will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

We provide FREE shipping for minimum order as listed below:-

Custom or import duties may apply at the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have changed your mind with your order or not satisfied with an item purchased. Please do GET IN TOUCH WITH US via email to customer@putih.com for the exchange procedure.
We'll gladly accept merchandise for EXCHANGE (but no refund) by following the step outline below:-
Items are within Seven (7) days of delivered date or receipt date
Merchandise with normal price only (promotional and discounted items are not entitled)
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.
Returned items must be accompanied by the invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories.
No exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled & items may be sent back at your own cost.
No refund for the exchange item price lower than the returned items. You are required to pay the different for the exchange item price higher than the returned items
Postage charges applied borne by customers for both returning and getting the exchange items. (RM10 for Malaysia, RM50 for Singapore, RM100 for Brunei)
Custom duty for international returned may charged at customer cost.
